PAYMENT

All payments made on www.louisbarthelemy.com are secure. You may pay by debit card, credit card, Paypal or another alternative payment method if specified by e-mail.

 

ORDERING ONLINE

 

To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked + shipped within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and sent back for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund . Refunds can take up to 7 days after delivery for our Marrakech Atelier to process. The handling fee for all returns is 30€ and will be deducted form your refund. 

All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We reserve the right to deny refunds/credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?

To return an item for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow the steps below.

1. Make sure you contact info@louisbarthelemy.com with your inquiry of returning/exchanging the item. Please include the order number (which you will find in the email confirmation letter sent after placing your order).                          2. Our customer service will confirm your request per e-mail.
3. Place the item/s in the original shipping plastic sleeve and then in a solid carton box or bag.
4. Place the box in a freight bag and tape it securely.
5. Place the return-address where it is visible.
6. Call your local delivery service to organize the pick-up or drop off

FINAL SALE

Any merchandise discounted at 10% or higher is final sale. No exchange or returns will be accepted for final sale merchandise. No price adjustments on past purchases.

All guidelines pertain to in-store and online purchases.

TRACKING

After dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link for your parcel to receive up to date information about your shipment via FedEx or DHL.

LOST PARCEL

If you suspect your parcel is being upheld / lost, please contact us so that we can make a formal complaint to respective delivery company. Please note that a parcel must be more than 14 working days late before we are able to file a formal complaint. If a parcel has been lost most delivery companies own the right to allow 3 months from complaint date before a refund is being made. 

PROCESSING

The costs for returning the package to us for returns/exchanges is on the customers own expense. The handling fee for all returns is 30€ and the amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed online can be canceled, within 24 hours of order date and time. All cancellation requests must be sent by email within the 24 hour period.
